Q: What does iExcel Technology do?
A: iExcel Technology is an Australian based company, specialising in the software development for primary school students. Helping children improve their Maths skills is all iExcel Technology does - and we love it.
Q: What products does iExcel Technology provide currently?
A: iExcel Technology currently provides two software products to students who
enrol in years 4 to 7, i.e. iExcel Maths Basic and iExcel Maths Advanced.
Q: What is the running environment for iExcel products?
A: Operation System: Microsoft Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP*, Vista*, Windows 7
* including all variants (Home/Premium/Pro/Enterprise, etc) and both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of these operating systems.
Display Monitor: you should set display to a resolution of 1024*768 with 32-bit
colour depth.
iExcel products are designed to run under English environments. However, if your PC runs on a Chinese OS or other double-byte environments, you could go to Control Panel --> Regional
and Language Options to change your language to
English as shown in below diagram. And then iExcel products could run smoothly as well.
Q: Who is suitable for iExcel Maths Basic product?
A: Basically all students are qualified and suitable for iExcel Maths Basic product. Speed Maths module is designed to meet all students needs from pp to year 7.
iExcel maths basic product has limited functionalities and questions. It is
mainly designed for junior students who enrol in year 4 or below, and require
some basic mathematic calculation skills such as addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division etc.
Q: Who is suitable for iExcel Maths Advanced product?
A: iExcel Maths Advanced product is aimed to improve students' problem solving skills. After a certain period of using iExcel Maths Basic product, students who show their confidence in Maths abilities and potentials are encouraged to contact iExcel Technology to purchase iExcel Maths Advanced version.
Advanced version of iExcel Maths has much more features. Supported by a well designed maths database, Advanced version has full access to all modules including
Online Tutoring Centre, Speed Maths, Daily Exercise, Trial Test and Progress Report and all maths questions in the database.
Q: Can I test iExcel Maths before I purchase the product?
A: Yes, of course. Students are welcome to install iExcel Maths Demo version and test out if
this product is suitable for their personal needs.
Q: Do I have to have internet connection to run iExcel Maths products?
A: No. This is one of the advantages of iExcel Maths Products to run without internet connection. You can run the software on a stand along PC or laptop without worrying about your privacy, virus, spyware or internet
kids games etc.
Q: How can I buy iExcel Maths Demo product?
A: All iExcel Demo products including "iExcel Maths Demo" are 
to students. You could easily download
the Maths Demo product from our website.
Q: How can I buy iExcel Maths Basic product?
A: iExcel Maths Basic product can be purchased through phone, e-mail or

iExcel Maths Basic is priced AU$45. All prices
are subjected to change without any notices.
Q: How can I buy iExcel Maths Advanced product and how much do I need to pay for it?
A: After successfully installing and running iExcel Maths Demo/Basic product, you could send your request through "Purchase" menu or send e-mail to
sales@iExcel.com.au directly, and pay for the license fees. After that, you will be
contacted and given a license key to activate you iExcel Maths product.

Q: How can I activate iExcel Products?
A: All iExcel Basic products are not required to be activated before starting.
Therefore, there is no need to activate a iExcel basic product.
However, it is necessary to activate an iExcel advanced product before
running the software on your computer. Activation process can be through either phone or
e-mails below.
Q: How can I pay for iExcel products?
A: There are several ways to pay your bill with iExcel Technology.
